Please arrive before your appointment time. Late arrivals will be rescheduled. Taking late arrivals pushes all appointment times, as we are normally fully booked. Our stylists do their best to perform services in the allotted time however sometimes we do run a little behind. If you are unable to make your appointment time please cancel your appointment so another family can receive services. Our app offers easy booking and canceling. We appreciate all our customers and thank you for your understanding.
