Schambs PM is a professional property management company servicing Raleigh, Cary, Apex, Morrisville, Fuquay-Varina, Holly Springs and Garner. Our rental management company came about in 2006 due to the high demand for a local manager to provide professional real estate services in Wake County and the Triangle Area. We have steadily grown to over 200+ properties and this is due to our meticulous process and care for our landlords and tenants. If you own or are looking for a single family home, townhome, condo, duplex or quadruplex, contact us and find out how we can help!
