Either refund people for what they pay for toward end of the night or let them finish their game don’t just take the money if the full experience is not able to be completed. You can say “hey we close in 10 mins” but if someone paid for the time and or game and you are so deadset on closing please refund the customer. Any other bowling alley would allow the customer to finish what they PAID for.

We bowl here on a league. Only 1/2 of the lanes are working. And that is being generous. The working lanes break down every 5 minutes. But, they can't move us to another lane because they are all being used. The arcade is a joke (machines don't work there either). The laser room always has an out of order sign on it. At this point, even the women's bathroom dryers aren't working. The snack bar is a joke - They took out the restaurant. Need I go on? Seriously, don't waste your money...

I moved to Amarillo back in January of 2021. I have been going to Western Bowl nearly three times a week since then, and it's always a great experience.Staff is friendly and informative. When an issue comes up with the lanes, such as dead pins, ball return issues, etc, they are very quick to correct the issue.I use my own equipment, so I can't comment on the quality of rental shoes, etc. But the overall experience is very good!There is also a snack bar serving quick food items like pizza, burgers, nachos, fries, etc. Everything I have got has been really good and fresh. For older visitors, there is also a bar, which is a great addition.For the kids, there is laser tag and an arcade. I haven't experienced those, but there seems to be quite a lot to do!

One small child, one teen, and 5 adults. We played for over 2 hours, some at the arcade, some bowling. There is a bar inside, which is nice. They also server food, which is definitely affordable and convenient.

Love this place! Lots of lanes for casual games, tournaments, birthday parties, get togethers, etc. Lots of new upgrades and a newly added arcade! Great drinks and karaoke too!
