Zava Zone rockville was such a disappointment in hosting my daughter's birthday. I spent over a $1000 to have my children, her friends and family be kick out by the manager from the party room because they were running behind from their pervious party, and trying to setup for another party. It started with the room being behind and unavailable for about an hour. Then I was finally able to setup for my daughter's birthday with her decorations, but then the food I order from Zava Zone was behind too. They delivered the food so late that they insisted the children eat their pizza and cake at the same time without the opportunity of singing my child Happy Birthday. What follow was the worst, a group of about 5 staff members showed up and tore down my decorations, took plates with food and cake away from children while they were still eating and threw it all in the trash. The parents of the children were mortified, they couldn't believe the manager and staff would do such a thing. The staff and manager at Zava Zone Rockville are terrible. Save yourself the disappointment and don't host any parties here. In addition, the staff on the second floor, where the rope climd is, kept talking in front of the kids about, how if a child got injured they didn't care because it was not their responsibility. I don't know who trained this group of staff but their behavior was appalling and unsafe for the kids.

We were invited on a birthday party to ZavaZone. The way the staff treated the party hosts was unacceptable. Everyone was having a good time, all until we were done with the cake, when few staff members came in, and rushed everyone out. They took decorations down, wrapped table cloths, and grabbed plates out of kids hands while the kids were still eating. Although the place is fun for the kids, the staff is really rude and unprofessional; we won’t be going back there again.

Took the kids to zavazone, Rockville MD to enjoy themselves. A group of staff (teens) that were huddled, chatting where they were stationed, turned my child away and made her cry when she came to ask to be harnested again for a climbing station because to quote them: she already asked to be harnested a couple times earlier -THE ONLY job they have. But they insisted to back each other up and turn an 8 year old away who wished to return to this station after she left it for a while. I'm sorry, but when we paid to get in, we were under the impression that this is the only thing we are actually paying for in there- to use the various stations as much as we'd like during our paid time! Instead, they kept insisting that she can't keep coming back to this station (because then they'd have to get up and do their actual job?), after she was away from that station. When went to ask the manager what rule could possibly turn a kid away from the ONLY THING this place is there for, the manager attempted to walk us back there but actually repeated these teens' same claim to us. What?!! Dear zavazone: when we, the customers, pay to get in to an amusement place for the kids to use all of the facilities as many times as they wish within the two paid hours inside, then the kids are allowed to actually use the facilities as many times as they wish!!! You will not turn children away and you may not make them cry and ruin our experience in this place (which we will not be returning to again)!!! Fix your employee training!

Place is pretty cool. My son went here for a birthday party and had a great time. We saw some of the activities and they are pretty cool. Looks like everyone was having fun. Focus too much in bounce...need more ninja stuff!!

The place was very clean and orderly. Wonderful staff. Prices are very comfortable. If you plan on having a party or get together, best to book online or try a group on ticket
