Booked a room here for 2 nites for my son. He checked in he was put on a guest in the room. I get a call that he left his things in the rooms. The hotel CHECKED HIM OUT prematurely. They called me to ask me if he can have a key I said Yes several times. They asked for his name i provided it to him then they put me on hold the manager gets on the phone and the first thing I say is give him a key. She tells me that she is not giving him the key and he needs to find another room. Now thats a issue. It seems the hotel is trying to cover up things.Accountability. Yes the hotel made a mistake by checking him out early. My question is why after I said give him the key several times. Is the manager getting on the phone that should have been the end of the conversation.

I travel about 70% of the time for work and like to stay with Home2Suites most of the time. This is legitimately the cleanest hotel I've stayed in during my travels. Their gym facility was clean and had fresh wipes for the equipment, I find most hotel gyms do not have this. Their staff was also genuinely friendly and welcomed me back each day I returned. Cleaning staff was polite and efficient. I'm looking forward to my next stay.

Although I made the 2 night 3 person reservation & they used my credit card, they had it in my husband’s name who wasn’t on the trip! Had to call him in the phone. Breakfast shut the doors at 9:00 even on Saturday & Sunday. Meager & out of eggs. Had to peel eggs. Very unfriendly hotel. Won’t return! I set up the Hilton Honors yet they’re only in my husband’s name! This was the one by the airport.

I wasn’t really sure what to expect after reading some of the reviews and seeing the traveler’s pictures. I took a chance anyway and it was a good choice. The young lady at the desk and one of the breakfast attendants provided nice and friendly service. Our room was very clean. No bed bugs and no broken or taped fixtures. I do agree that the contractor who did their remodel did some shotty work and should never be used again. Nevertheless the hotel is updated, clean and bug-free, which was my biggest concern.

Here’s a review between 200 and 250 characters:The staff was outstanding, with Tiffany and Justin going above and beyond! Breakfast options could use a bit more variety, but it’s convenient for grab-and-go. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, definitely larger than most other hotels we've experienced.
