Very impressed by my experience at Bikram Yoga. I saw online that they were doing free classes this weekend for their anniversary and wanted to give it a shot. I signed up online, grabbed a large towel, my yoga mat, and my bottle of water and headed in for a 7:30am class. Immediately upon entering I was greeted. I informed Michon that it was my first time and he graciously explained everything to me. Truthfully I had no idea what to expect since it was my first time and he set my mind at ease. It was a decent sized class for Easter Sunday which I was surprised to see. The class was amazing. Michon spoke clearly and offered both support and encouragement as needed. Be prepared to sweat! Do your research on their website. I found it to be very helpful. Highly suggest this location!

LOVE this studio! Friendly staff and instructors and the classes are awesome! 90 minutes, 26 poses, 2 breathing exercises will leave you feeling better than you have felt in years!

Hot yoga for 90 minutes in Allen. (Yes, it's very hot) You get used to it very soon after the second or third class. The rewards are worth it. I feel so much better after 6 weeks; the pain on my knees is gone. Wear short yoga pants and top and bring a mat/yoga towel or purchase/rent them there. Showers are available. Great staff and certified trainers. Best thing I ever did for my health. I do attend regularly. I wouldn't miss this for anything.
