Front desk person, older lady, missing for long time; I came down with my card in hand, picked up food, went back to my room but the door glitched out (red light); I came down to the reception but the front desk is simply missing; waited 10 minutes - nothing. Called hotel directly - I could hear the calls ringing but no one picks up; then elevator comes, door opens but no one is there; I said out laud, this hotel run by ghosts? After prolonged wait, she comes down via elevator with 3 people who had carry roller cart and seems to have been with them the entire time. Why is there no limit for absence of only staff on duty? Whom to even call if the front desk person is missing and we need them urgently? After this infuriating wait, I simply threw away the food; $30 wasted, zero dinner for me. Thanks.

Check in was difficult, online reservations did not seem to upload to the hotel system.Quiet area, but a lot of traffic in and out of the hotel. The odor in the facility is just odd, in a bad sort of way, on every floor and the elevator.The facility is not overly clean, bring your own disinfecting wipes. The same trash was in the elevator everyday, window blinds and fridge has some mystery splatter on them. The inside of the fridge was very clean though, and sheets and towels were OK!I am pretty paranoid about making sure my door safety lock is engaged, and the flip lock is on. One morning when I got up, the door was only held shut by the flip lock, making me wonder if someone was looking for unsecured doors in the night. Double check your locks!It was OK to stay in for 2 nights, but I would have to keep driving in the future.

I was shocked when I had to leave a $100 deposit at check in. But it was explained to me that people bring pets that they don't register &this is one of the causes, which I get. But I didn't have much hope for the room after that. But I was pleasantly surprised at how nice the rooms are. I really enjoyed the lounger while drinking my coffee. The rooms come with a little kitchen which had an apartment sized refrigerator. The bed was comfy & the bathroom was nice. They don't have a bathtubs, but the shower was nice. The staff where friendly & helpful &it was just overall a great stay.

ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE! One star is too high of a rating for this place. Had to be in Lubbuck for a death in the family, it just so happened to be a big game weekend. Therefore, we could not find any other room available in town. The room thay normally cost $49 a night was $225. We found a razor blade on the floor in our room. Luckily we found it before our 10 month old twins got cut. We asked them to come back in, deep clean and have management call me. The room was half ass swept and then left our door open for over 8 hours. I had to get on my hands and knees and use the bath towels and dish soap to mop the floor so we didnt have to feel the gritty dirt under our shoes. We also found blood on the mattress. Eventually we realized $300 cash missing from my makeup bag.Here we are 33 hours later and management has not contacted us, and they told us they would discount us 10%. I asked the front desk who owns the property, I was told I don't know, I asked who is the manager, her response was Bob, thats all i know. They admitted they checked the cameras and no one went into our room, so it must have been housekeeping that took the money.

Elevator was broken and we were unable to get a ground floor room although we are handicapped. They did not help us find another room in another location and we had no options. Booking.com said we could not cancel but the hotel had no room we could use. Don't stay here!
