This place is the worst. It used to be a very nice hotel. It looks like ownership has changed hands. The doors were broken on the building and in our room. The sliding glass door would not lock. It was not comfortable. We slept very little and left early in the morning. The wallpaper was coming off the wall. Furniture was old and beat up. The front desk used to be bright and cheerful not it is dark and dingy. Will never stay there again. The sign outside was torn and beatup.

worst experience ever! there was a long line at check-in and had to wait. Once in the room it smelled like cigarettes (was supposed to be a non-smoking room) and urine. the room was dirty and very run down. there were broken drawers in the dresser, towel bars hanging off the wall, the refrigerator had something gross spilled in it, the wall paper was coming off and the carpet was ripped at the seam in the bedroom. would not have stayed there if it was not late when we got back to the hotel after check-in earlier. there was an outside glass door that was broken and propped open with a cement block. And, my husband was approached by a sex worker in the hallway. Would recommend avoiding at all costs!

I would not recommend staying at this hotel. From the moment we walked into the room, it was obvious that cleanliness was not a priority. The room was very dirty, there were stains on the furniture and surfaces, and, to make matters worse, there were nail clippings scattered around the room. It was disgusting and completely unacceptable.

Our room smelled terrible from the beginning, and nothing was done about it. On top of that, our room was not cleaned for 10 days, even though we repeatedly informed the front desk. Our trash piled up and overflowed, our towels were never replaced, and housekeeping never came. I even put the trash can outside the room myself. They emptied it but didn’t even bother putting it back inside.To make matters worse, our toilet overflowed, and despite reporting it immediately, it was not repaired until the next day. We were left dealing with an unusable bathroom for hours.We also asked several times to change rooms, but our requests were completely ignored.Even though I had already paid for my stay, the front desk employee insisted that I pay again. I explained that the payment had already been charged to my card and refused to pay twice. Instead of checking the reservation, he raised his voice and yelled at me. Booking.com customer service later confirmed that my payment had already been received.The lack of cleanliness, poor maintenance, and unprofessional customer service made this an extremely disappointing stay. I would never stay here again and do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Its was HORRIBLE. The entire hotel is outdated. Our room was not available upon arrival. Desk attendant asked for my id then we waited 20 mins before the desk attendant even acknowledged us to tell us it wasn't ready. The entire hotel is completely outdated. The entire hotel smelled like urine and Marijuana. Rooms had roaches. Bedsheets were stained with blood. Carpet was sticky. Pool was green and cloudy. Wall paper was peeling and showers and counters had hair. Toilet was clogged up. Continental breakfast was microwaved and under cooked. The next night there was a desk clerk was so. Rude and disrespectful which involved him asking me What do you want when I walked up to the front desk and him attempting to have a confrontation with my 15 yr old niece about towels we requested. They have strung out and homeless individuals that live and hang out at all times of the day and night. Its definitely unsafe and dangerous. My family was unable to join us due to the fact that they have a 6 month old and a 5 yr old and felt uneasy about staying with their kids. DO NOT BOOK HERE! The shower pressure is horrible and thankfully we were able to buy cleaning supplies to clean for our stay. Location is great but this hotel is not safe or clean enough for children and elders. Be careful if you do decide to stay and bring protection. You'll need it.
