If you're a fan of tabletop games then this is the place to go in Midland. It's a locally owned shop run by a great guy named Dave.He sells MtG cards (Individually and in packs) as well as playmats, card sleeves you can't really find anywhere else in town, and some nifty deck boxes. Besides Magic related things Astral has things for games like Warhammer, Catan, as well as fantasy books and dragon figures. He offers a small selection of snacks for a fair price and has a couple of rooms with tables and chairs for people who want to come play. There's even a small bulletin board so you can find some people to play with!
MoreIf you are into role playing games then this store is for you. Otherwise everyone else pass. The games are a bit dusty which means not a lot of business being conducted or no one likes to clean? Has dice of all kinds, role playing games of all kinds.
