Our room was smelly, had torn shears, worn upholstery, sticky floors, dirty walls, wonky A/C controls (constant fan did not work, so A/C kicked on/off all night)... but the #1 on the list of things wrong was no hot water in the shower in the morning. The plumbing was actually loose in the wall. We approached front desk at checkout and no offers to make anything right. This property is an embarrassment to the Quality Suites name.

I have stayed here over 100 nights over the past year. It is without a doubt the cleanest & best value in Midland. Yes, it’s a tad dated, but the cleanliness & customer service trump cosmetics. My company usually pays for my stay, but I choose to stay here even paying personally. Breakfast isn’t anything stellar like at Hampton or HI, but it’s enough. The staff are always welcoming & resond to anything immediately. Highly recommend

WE checked in for a 4 day stay during Memorial day. We were given room 119 and after a night asked for another room due to the smell of sweat and sweaty footwear. We were moved to room 120, upon entering it smelled OK until we came back that evening. It too was smelly after the deodorizer wore off. We continually sprayed the room for the next two days as we had prepaid for the stay. We will never set foot at this location again, we travel into Midland every couple of Months. The pool is closed due to Covid, limited cold breakfast.

I have stayed at this hotel numerous times in the past and even recently and it has always been a nice and clean place to stay. I am currently staying here and will say it is clean as expected but it is now after 11:00 and there is still a lot of noise from the lobby and my room is not far from there. I think there should be strict rules about the level of noise later at night.

Would definitely recommend the Quality Hotel - located a little out of Midland, but very convenient to the polo fields. Clean rooms, friendly staff, nice breakfast in the morning. Was pretty much was we expected, if not a bit better. Will definitely stay here again when I'm in Midland.
