Metric Coffee is the brainchild of Darko Arandjelovic, owner of beloved coffeehouse Caffe Streets and Xavier Alexander a former Intelligentsia roaster. The centerpiece of the store is their 1960s German Probat Roaster and with this vintage, yet refurbished machine, Darko and Xavier create old-fashioned, clean coffee flavors. Try the house blend, with hints of chocolate and almonds, it is simple, balanced and perfect every time.
