I have to say that this was the worst stay of all the Marriotts that we’ve stayed at. We have never stayed at a Fairfield in until this day, and the staff was horrible. Angel(assistant manager) was rude, disrespectfu, and a sorry excuse for a manager. My husband checked in before me, mind you I had already been messaging with the hotel three days prior, letting them know that my husband was gonna check in because I was gonna be arriving very very late! He was there for a business trip, so they added him to the notation part of my account, and I also had messaged them the day before to let them know again, to make sure everything was good. Then the day came. I messaged them that morning to let them know that my husband was heading out and he would be there to check in around 230. If it was possible to get an early check-in, they said yes my husband got there to check in, and unfortunately, he had to be greeted by The guy at the front desk named Angel . He tried checking in, and Angel was giving him a hard time asking him. What did he want the room for? where was I ? that he doesn’t know what my husband was gonna be doing in that room ?Because I wasn’t there he was giving him a lot of hassle. So my husband responded You know, I don’t need to give you any explanation as to what I’m doing in the room, long story short they were rude and disrespectful! This property is a sorry excuse for a marriott property ! Y'all need to do better ! I would have originally booked at the Residnece in. But they were sold out! Save your money everyone do not stay here

We had a great stay! The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Nizohni at the front desk—she was amazing. The rooms and facility were clean, the beds were comfortable, and the complimentary breakfast had plenty of options. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay at Fairfield in Odessa Texas. Manager Maricruz Zamora runs a very nice Fairfield. Nizoni, at the front desk, was very friendly and helpful. After cleaning all surfaces with disinfecting wipes as we arrived in the room, it was evident that the room was very clean. The room was very large with a microwave and refrigerator. Very comfortable beds and bedding. Breakfast had many options and we really loved the Red Velvet waffles. Attendant Dairemys kept it replenished and clean with a friendly smile. Parking was plentiful. Lots of restaurants and a huge Walmart are nearby. After our experience, we decided to stay here in December for our return trip.

We came in 30 mins early and the jennifer, the lady on front said I can't check in till 3 o'clock since there's no available room and she only have 2 housekeepers. I hace stayed in multiple hotels and no issues of checking in early. We stayed at the lobby and my kids started playing. She probably realized they are too loud.when I stepped out,,my son said the lady said got a call that there's 1 room opened up. . She asked which floor do I prefer? So I asked her, I thought u said 1 room ready?? Why asking for floor if there's 1 room ready?? She told me we'll I asked the cleaning lady to . Clean it for u.. she doesn't makes sense at all. I also went to gym and told them there's no water and all they told me was I know. So if u would like to stay here don't expect for good customer service. They dont have that.

Great quiet room; great pillows. No hallway noise or road noise.Had occassion to go to the breakfast room at 7am to get some coffee. Lots of eggs, breads, cereals, etc. Went back with the famiy at 9am:Chocolate milk--goneYogurt--goneMuffins--goneBagels--goneButter--goneEggs--plain awfulOatmeal--old and crustyPackaged cereals--goneJust some white bread and hard boiled eggs.I truly hope management does not respond to this email with we value your patronage and are sorry that we did not meet your expectations. It is very simple--make sure the breakfast room is stocked for all customers at all times. If management does respond--I would like to know their plan (in writing!) as to how to avoid this from happening for other guests
