In 1986, I founded Splendid Feast Catering, and haven’t looked back. My first accounts were with Schlumberger Palo Alto Research Center, and Steve Jobs’ NeXT, his company after leaving Apple. I provided daily luncheons and dinners to these and several more Silicon Valley firms that wanted different cuisines each day. So I created meals from every corner of the globe...from Greece to France to Jamaica, then back again to California: from Kalamata olive studded Greek salads to bouillabaisse to jerked chicken to cherry cider brined wood smoked duck., and sometimes, just simple American comfort food. I can honestly say that after 25 years, I can expertly prepare dishes from nearly every region of the world. As a native of Palo Alto, California from an Italian family, my forte is Mediterranean food influenced by the local bounty of the Santa Clara Valley. I am also skilled in Spanish, French, Italian, Greek, Mid Eastern, Indian, Pacific Rim, Asian, Nuevo Latino, classic Mexican, and South American cuisine.
