The Sewell Family has been selling cars and trucks in Texas since 1911. Originally selling Ford Model T's out of a hardware store in Arlington, TX, E.F. Sewell moved his family and business to Crane, TX during the great depression. In 1930, E.F.'s son, Carl Sewell founded the Crane Motor Company with the help of his brother Woody. In 1935 the brothers purchased the Ford dealership in Odessa, TX where it is still in operation to this day. Sewell also owns Lincoln, Chevrolet, Buick, GMC, Toyota and BMW dealerships to serve the diverse needs of their customers. In his role as the fourth generation president, Collin Sewell continues the Sewell tradition.
