tripadvisorI've been lucky enough to work with Ashea several times. Each time, I've learned something new and seen things I would have missed on my own. Her knowledge is extensive as is her enthusiasm. In addition, she provides coffee, muffins, granola bars, water, soda, sandwiches and chips from lunch. It's worth spending at least a day with her so you can plan the rest of your visit.
MoreGabe was the best tour guide we've ever had, and we travel around the world. He was so knowledgeable, friendly, accommodating, and made the entire day fun. He had scopes that were suitable for kids and adults. He spent over 6 hours answering our many questions about Yellowstone, wildlife, history, Montana life, and more. I also spoke to Ashea, prior to the tour, who helped kindly and knowledgably guide me through tour specifics like where to stay, when to go, what priorities we could focus on during the tour.
MoreWhat an amazing experience and amazing day, with an amazing team! It was perfectly catered to a large group of all ages, thoughtfully planned, and beyond accommodating. Their knowledge of the park is unparalleled. Highly recommend!
MoreMy family and I had a wonderful time doing the tour. Communiction with the manager Ashea was timely and friendly. Our tour guide Gabriel was meant to do what he does, just a plethora of information on the animals and changing landscape that make up Yellowstone! He was so friendly and kind. It was great getting to learn about the animals we saw. Pick up was smooth and the tour realy moved out our pace, we did not feel rushed. It was a great plus binoculars were given to us to use as well as high powered socpes to see animals far away (we only saw things far away becuse Gabriel was so good at spotting the animals, and this was our 4th day in the park, I don't think I would have ever caught the things he pointed out on my own). And man did we see animals! We left in the early morining and immediately saw an elk and pronghorns. I like birds so it was great seeing ospreys, red tailed hawks, a bald eagle, a pair of lovey-dovey sandhill cranes. We saw so many Bison in Lamar valey my personal favorite. It was that time of year for mating so it was interesting to see the males stalking I mean courting the females, and then the baby calves were so cute! There were mountain goat. And what was so special was hiking up a hill to spot the black wolves, we were lucky to see one from a far and as the sun rose over the hills the wolves started howling! The echo of their howls gave me goose bumps, it was so cool. Truly a special day. I would come back to do it all over again!
MoreBooked four full-day private guided hikes during our Yellostone stay. The guide was extremely knowledgeable of all aspects concerning the Park and put together the perfect itineraries for us, considering we wanted to hike away from people and roads, possibly see wildlife as well as the infinite features of Yellowstone, all with three kids aged 6, 9 and 11.Company vehicle was perfect, spacious and clean. We were offered breakfast and a sandwich lunch every day.Top tier gear (including no less than no. 4 Vortex spotting scopes) was available for us. In four days we were able to see the major geiser basins, a hidden lake, the Canyon, woodlands and plains. In one day we saw 2 bears, a pack of wolves chasing bison, pronghorn, one bighorn sheep, dozens of mountain goats.
