The workers played on their phones inside their shirts and ignored all the kids breaking rules. Furthermore, every time we go more and more things are broken. Place won’t be around much longer.

This is the worst defy I've ever been to. The front counter staff is rude, the facilities are very small and dirty. And all the fun stuff was closed due to lack of staff. We got way over charged and i was just waiting for the time to pass so we could leave. Worst experience ever. Will never come back to this location

The kids wanted to do Everything. There is constant movement. We had a blast Tip* Get there atleast 15 minutes before your reserved time. Our reservation was 10:00-11:30.we arrived promptly at 10:00 BUT used up 15 to 20 minutes of our time buying socks and getting waivers signed and our bracelets etc. So we didn't start jumping until 10:20 but our play time still ended at 11:30

We really had a good time other than having to wear a mask while you jumped and wish they had a little area for toddlers

Kids loved jumping around all over the place. The waiver form can be a little shorter. I understand y’all don’t want anything to do with us when we break our necks but come on. Bring your own lock and key for the lockers which are provided. We didn’t have any locks but I had to walk back a few times to make sure our things were still there.
