Front desk gets very rude on there bad days, I was 2$short on a night plus they wave the 10 key deposit for then turn around and tell me I can't book till I give them a deposit for night I use, that I only paid 70 for the night next day they tell me I owe them 12 extra dollars plus 10deposit plus my room fair so in total 92 bucks is why the front desk gave me a hard time to book last night 3/24/2026. Horrible service at times.

I came here a few times and you'd think that it'll get better. Actually it has gotten worse. Brown stains on the bathroom floor, white stains on the blanket and holes in sheets, stainless mattress cover

Security guard working with tenants to rob people at parkcrest hotel be aware make sure you carry your gun if you plan on staying theresecurity guards stood right there as I walked up to him and the perpetrator had a conversation as I walked at the steps the guy followed me Rob me through the money down to the security guard and they both chased me off the field

Made reservations because of quick business stay. Clerk was nice. Room had been remodeled; bathroom shower tile work was very nice. Slight Mary Jane smell from adjoining room door. We immediately went out to eat; our room smelled heavily of Mary Jane through adjoining room door when we got back. Checked bed sheets...looked like a few dried up nasal mucus chunks. 10:30PM in the eveving motorcycle revved its throttle in guest parking. We ate the cost just to feel safe.

I live nearby and stayed here under emergency conditions. The staff of this hotel behaves more like the managers of some sleezy place in a bad area than a decent hotel in a respectable community. I am appalled.
