We had a HORRIBLE experience with this hotel. We checked in at about 345pm. We had traveled to attend a family function. After checking in we dropped off our bags and went to our family event. We returned to the hotel about 11pm, the same day. Upon our return we began to notice how dirty the room was. I always bring cleaning supplies whenever we stay at a hotel. I used over half of their provided towels cleaning to make the room acceptable for us to shower, eat, relax and return home the following day. The microwave did not work, and the tv also did not work. We called the front desk. The attendant offered to give us the adjoining room. We were told that the room was fully functional and that we could keep and have access to both rooms. Ok cool! We shortly found out that the tv in the second room also did not work and the microwave worked but it was so loud that we did not trust using it. It is now 1 am, I go ask for a manager and I was told that it was too late to call one. After I kept insisting for a manager finally a manager (?) comes from out from a hotel room looking disheveled and asked what was wrong. He attempted to get the tv's to work and he could not. We were told that we do not need a tv to relax and unwind, he laughed and said we can handle this in the morning. Meantime, my husband had already packed our things. He explained that we were going home and we needed to be refunded. The staff and manager (?) tried to say that since we were gone all day and returned late, we don't have grounds to ask for a refund. It doesn't matter what time we returned, are we wrong for expecting to return to a clean, fully functional room? They tried to but the blame on us. Ultimately, after we kept asking, we did get a refund for the room and our cash deposit was refunded. However, we did not get a refund for the extra $20 we paid to have the room upgraded to have a kitchenette. We will NEVER stay at a Wyndham hotel in the future!!!!!

Excellent service from checking in at the front desk to checking out. The room was clean and the staff is very helpful with answering questions Overall enjoyed my stay and can't wait to stay there again

My friends and I reserved two rooms at this hotel, and unfortunately, both were in unacceptable condition. Neither room appeared to have been properly cleaned. They had a strong musty odor combined with the smell of cigarette smoke, making them uncomfortable to stay in.We immediately went to the front desk to explain the situation. Rather than offering to move us to different rooms or attempting to resolve the issue, the employee simply stated that there was nothing he could do. When I requested a refund due to the condition of the rooms, I was told it was not possible because we had already checked in.Given the cleanliness concerns and the lack of customer service, we decided to gather our belongings and leave without staying the night. The experience was extremely disappointing. The staff was unhelpful, unprofessional, and showed no interest in addressing a legitimate concern. I would not recommend staying here unless significant improvements are made to both the cleanliness of the property and the level of customer service.

Most of staff was not friendly including front desk. We had to have our room checked by staff before we could leave. It was the weirdest thing ever; felt like I was back in the military ha ha. Will say the room was spotless. I’ll never stay here again.

If you’re looking for a 5 star hotel, look somewhere else. If you’re looking for a comfortable, affordable hotel.. you’ve find the right place. Room was spacious and clean. bed was comfortable. Room has a fridge, microwave but no coffee maker. Comfortable chair and Otto men. Breakfast was plentiful but nothing to give awards for. I thought the coffee cups and juice cups a little small.. would definitely stay again.
