tripadvisorFront desk person was horrible she had a nasty attitude.she looked like she didn’t want to be at work at all. Any question I would ask her she would have a smart comment she did not want to help. I would recommend her to change her job cause she does not know how to do her job and working at the front desk. My entire stay was just bad from the start to end.our phon in the room did not work. I had to come down many times to talk to front desk. This hotel is the worst I ever seen.in case of any emergency the phones are not working that mean any one tried to break in our room we would be likely killed or robbed. There is no security or any safe feature about this hotel . People are walking in from the back where the parking lot is and going straight in the hotel or elevator.this place is not safe at all. I had to come to front desk and tell them my phone is not working their response is that the front desk phones are not working either and they can’t do anything about. That was the response I got. Also the bedding in the room was dirty it was not washed properly or not washed at all it looked like they just reused the bedding from the previous guest. I had to sleep without it I took it off cause it was dirty and had stains on it.also the breakfast at this hotel was disgusting it had a weird smell like the area where they have the food was not cleaned and breakfast for itself was not good either eggs was dry and the sausage tasted like rubber.i paid for this one night I will never ever stay at this location again and I would inform all my friends and family about this property. This property should refund me for my stay and provide compensation after what we went thru. this hotel has a big safety concern this property does not make you feel safe a lot of safety issues I noticed
MoreBasic Hotel. Close location to the freeway. Staff attentiveness was underwhelming. The communication prior to arriving was ZERO. As they completely ignored my emails & requests.
MoreAmazing amenities, excellent service, world class standards, and friendly.Best value for money. Efficient, cleanliness, friendly, and caring.
MoreStayed here for a family trip. The nighttime clerk was very responsive but having to ask him for towels and bedding that should have been in the room already suggests housekeeping was lacking. The rooms themselves were pretty small despite this hotel being in a less dense neighborhood. The free breakfast was fine. Having to pay for parking when there was so much space seemed like a cash grab. The next morning, I found a cockroach in my room. Front desk said she’d send someone up. Nobody ever came. Then at checkout there was a line of several families, no clerk to be seen, and even the housekeeper didn’t know where to find her. I’m a business traveler who tries to prioritize Hyatt, but I’ll avoid this one in the Boston area.
MoreStayed for 2 nights and it was okay. It's a Hyatt Place and if you've stayed at one in a suburb before, it was comparable. Overall, would stay again, especially given location and the fact everything in Boston proper is $$. Free breakfast was nice. Cost cutting measures/housekeeping misteps were somewhat noticeable (ran out of bodywash and toilet paper, housekeeping replenished our towels but left us with fewer overall, there was a lot of dust, and the lone front desk worker was stretched thin (though they were all AMAZING, don't get me wrong). You can hear the highway and sounds from the hallway, but my partner is a light/moderate sleeper and it didnt bother him too much.
