**Disappointing Experience at Element Fargo** We reserved a block of rooms at the Element Hotel in Fargo, North Dakota, for our daughter’s wedding for the October 9, 2026 weekend. We had 25+ rooms reserved for the wedding block and provided the hotel with our business. The rooms were spacious and clean, the front desk staff were great in getting our guests checked in in a timely manner so everyone could be at the wedding ceremony on time. Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing when it comes to the management. After our stay, I realized I had left a pair of AirPods in our hotel room. Using the Find My app, we were able to track their location and saw that they were initially at the hotel, then moved to an apartment building in Moorhead where we had the full address , and later the next afternoon returned to the hotel. I left numerous messages asking the hotel manager to return my call so we could discuss the situation, but I never received a response. I would have liked to share the address in Moorhead so that the manager could have tracked down the employee that took them. The lack of communication and follow up was extremely frustrating and unacceptable, especially when we were simply trying to recover a personal belonging. A wedding weekend should be a happy and memorable experience, and it was disappointing to have this situation added to an already busy time. What made the experience worse was not just the concern over my missing AirPods, but the complete lack of response from management. Based on our experience, I was very disappointed with the management and would have expected much better communication and accountability from a hotel of this caliber.

You can hear every footstep of the guests above you. You can hear casual conversations of the guests adjacent to you. No noise-proofing whatsoever. Will never stay again.

Convenient location, very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are very clean and well designed. Besides the usual, breakfast options included Frittatas and a yogurt bar. Element appears to be very environmentally conscious. There are also several level 2 EV charges (not free but reasonable) on site.

First trip to Fargo, and so first stay at the Element. Short summary- excellent, yes you should stay here! We found the rooms in spotless condition, well laid out and roomy. Hotel atmosphere was bright and sunny all around, with a mix of families, couples, students and a business person or two. Our stay was over Labor Day weekend, and the pool and outdoor patio were well used but not noisy. Breakfast was an event - the staff were more than courteous for every wish and need, and the food quality was superb. The freshly made pancakes, still hot waffles, and made to order avocado toast rounded out a great selection of cereal, breads, yogurt, juices, and more. If we find ourselves in the area again, no hesitation staying here.

This hotel was very great! I went there with my family and we enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well as the sauna. There breakfasts were great. And they are in a great area which is always peaceful and quiet. I will continue to go to this location!
