I specialize in combining positive psychology, Christian values & nutrition science, to help you reverse prediabetes, and type 2 diabetes and reduce weight. Some of the results that you will get are: successfully lowering your A1C, your blood sugar, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, etc.; finally fitting into the clothes you had pre-pregnancy; freedom from confusion, guilt and shame about what you eat; and the confidence that you are taking care of your family's health when you cook. Known as "The Cheerful Dietitian" my mission is to give you practical advice about food choices that are relevant to your lifestyle, culture, and values; to target the "negative" thoughts/patterns and teach wellness-critical thinking skills so that you can continue to get results even after you've completed your wellness program with me. My programs are very practical, extremely empowering, and positively effective, designed not just for short term solutions but long term success. you will leave my program not only experiencing a shift in food habits but also an increase in overall health and happiness.
