I was suggested this practice by a friend (big mistake). Went into the practice wanting to improve some scarring and texture issues I had on my face. Was suggested that the Halo laser would improve my issues and paid $2,000. Treatment went fine initially. However it did nothing to improve my concerns and actually caused erythema that hasn't resolved after a month. During my follow up, they admitted that they'd reached out to Sciton (the laser manufacturer) and the laser settings hadn't been appropriate for my concerns.Of course, no offer to try again; however, they did try to sell me filler at nearly $700. I walked out. It's obvious that this practice is more concerned about profits than they are in actually addressing your concerns. Why wasn't the filler suggested as a modality before I spent $2,000 on a laser that was not even effectively administered?Beware, this med spa is more concerned about milking you for money and if you have any complications or issues, they will simply try to sell you something else without addressing the problem. I'm now left with erythema that may or may not resolve on its own. But unless I fork over additional money, they have no interest in addressing the issues the laser caused. Also, yes, I was a patient of the practice and have documentation demonstrating this to be true.Edit: adding photos of the intense erythema that still hasn't resolved. Because the practice refuses to provide guidance on ways to potentially improve the damage the laser caused, I have reached out to the Better Business Bureau and the laser manufacturer. Hopefully I can prevent others from being burned like I have been.

As another reviewer stated, I too suffered from a significantly drooping eyelid after receiving Botox from this provider on November 11, 2024. I just turned 52 and after a year of overwhelming stress I wanted to do something for myself to give me back a little bit of confidence and joy. I have had Botox before at a different provider with excellent results but they were very pushy in sales tactics so I did my research and came upon Restoration Medspa. I was assured that I would be satisfied with the results of my treatment. Within a week the severe drooping began and worsened each day. The drooping eyelid covered my pupil obstructing my vision in my R eye. This caused issues with me being able to function at work and drive as well as causing me a great deal of mental anguish. The provider did offer a follow up appointment where she provided me 7 days worth of Upneeq. The medication does work to mostly correct the drooping but only lasts around 6 hours of my workday and left me struggling to drive home. I was able to pay for an actual medical physician to get a prescription for the Upneeq at an out of pocket cost of $249 for a month's supply. However, it is 2 weeks later and the pharmacies are unable to obtain the medication on back order. At the time of the service, I was encouraged to spend over $600 to purchase additional Botox to use at a later date as it was on sale. I have been so distraught over this experience that I can not trust this provider to administer more. I have requested a refund and will update this review based on results.

I was hesitant to have any work done, but was convinced that the laser treatment would remove several age spots that I had. I was not aware that the laser treatment just pushes the pigment further into the skin and that any improvements would take many, many treatments, not just the two that I was promised would take of them on my first visit. I would not have wasted over a thousand dollars and 5 visits if I would have known this initially. I wound up having another clinic heat treat the spots in one visit and they were removed nicely this way. I am disappointed in the information provided at this establishment.

Everyone here is amazing! Super friendly and knowledgeable. I had to wait once due to it being a little crazy when they reopened right after covid. Marissa was quick to apologize (even though the wait wasn't really that bad) and offered me time in the salt room for the wait. Every single visit is perfect and I've referred friends here many times.

Very discreet and VERY NICE STAFF I walked in feeling a little skeptical but walked out at ease, can't wait for my next visit
