Most of the time we have to grind off all old coatings. Correct concrete levels, to correct drainage issues. Replace some concrete or add some more (Only as part of restoration project) Add or replace deck drains, add french drains,etc. Replace Textures and antique to beautiful appearance. You cannot compare our projects to others efforts. We sometimes cost more, because we include more effort and best design solutions. We do not use paint. ONLY commercial concrete sealer ( 2 part) You will get everything you want or need to complete your deck restoration. Cost Varies, but is offered @ contract total cost, only.
