tripadvisorRoom 622, one night.Booked while stuck on plane with delays in Denver causing overnight stay. The good: Shuttle service was effective and caught the last shuttle of the day. No response on the chat platform to get a room on a higher floor, but when I arrived, reception provided top floor room, a bit closer to the elevator than I prefer, but ok. Room was spacious, clean, wifi worked well. Left at 5am, can not comment on breakfast.Nothing to note on the bad side, except that airport shuttle is operating from 6am until 10pm only. Outside of this time bracket you need to get ride share or taxi to airport. It is a 30 minute ride to airport, if I get stuck again, will try something closer perhaps, but did like the accomodations here.
MoreAmazing staff. Very responsive and helpful. restaurant superb. Highly recommend this property for any of your stays in Aurora Colorado.
MoreDouble tree in aurora,co off iliff , it’s been such a terrible experience with me and my family no manager, supervisor wanted to take care of all the negative things that was happening here, Guest services Julia, Larry are the only people that took care of us, I’ve worked in hospitality for many years and 1 thing for certain customers are always right and should never make them feel like they are a bother like Guest Services Ed tells me I guess I’m not getting off early since I’m still helping you, My heart dropped and was very disappointed, They want things corrected reach out to me because the customer service is very unacceptable, making my stay so stressful
MoreThere seems to a misunderstanding as to what good customer service means. The staffs sole purpose is to treat people well. Here, they are just indifferent or borderline rude and it’s unacceptable. I am a Hilton Honors customer and generally book this way, but due to an unexpected trip I used a service to bundle and save a little. I’m fine with not getting usual benefits, but losing basic customer service, I am not fine with that. The hotel itself is just fine, nothing special here.On arrival, I had already checked in on my app, but needed keys. I basically had to recheck in. That’s ok, I appreciate them verifying, but the front desk was just a bit on the cold side. I asked if they had any waters. The response was - for purchase we do. It’s not the statement, it’s the tone. Who replies in defense mode to a simple question. As an afterthought they remembered to ask if I wanted cookies. Again, upon checking out, the tone. I checked out on my phone so it was simply a matter of slipping keys on the desk. We could clearly see the man at the desk was busy on the phone, and as we set the keys down, he literally barked at us (customer still on the phone) you’re going to have to wait a minute, in that same inconvenienced tone. Hilton, I’m sorry to say that your service just made me more unlikely to choose you over all the other choices. If you cannot offer hospitality, then what’s the point?
MoreCody (Bartender) and Adrian (Cook) are the absolute best! Very professional and just all around kind gentleman.
