Clean, love that they have refrigerator and microwave. For me it was in a perfect location in englewood. It’s not a hotel with all the amenities. So if you are looking for $200 night hotel this is a no frills place. But the owner was super nice, and helpful. It’s exactly what we needed and I felt secure and close to where I needed to be.

They illegally refused my friends service dog. Per ADA law access is required and this was unacceptable! Without his medical alert dog he could die. Do not go here. We just wanted to book our room while in Colorado and they made it an awful experience.

I was meeting a friend and just wanted a place close by to sleep for a night so I gave it a try. The tv not working, leaky shower and smokey room didn't really bother me. But the next morning I asked the owner if it was okay if I left a half hour after their 10:30 checkout and at he said okay. After I thanked him and before I was able to ask for a recommendation for a breakfast place he went wacky. He asked me not to tell him how to run his business and told me to f-off. I grabbed my stuff and checked into the Red Pine just down the street. The owner, Rusty's a nice guy. I also recommend the Benedict at Breakfast on Broadway.

There wasn't water or soap so you couldn't even wash your hands or get a drink of water. The smell of cigarette smoke was so bad it gave me a headache. Couple fighting in the next room was scary. The bedding smelled of the previous person staying there. Cigarette burns in bedding, dismal walls and furnishings. I had booked for 2 nights but there was no way I could stay after the first night. When I checked out they refused to give me credit for the night I wasn't staying.

Stayed here on 12/22 and 12/23/2015. It was the last leg of a return trip from Virginia to the Western slope of Colorado. It's South Broadway, and the motel was built in the 50s. I lived in the area for quite a while, and drove past this place an unknown number of times. There are a number of motels along South Broadway built in the 50s. The sign on the office door reads Cash only. No refunds. If you know that going in, you're either not going to need a full night, you're a student or laborer (they have weekly rates), or you're (like me) parked and waiting. In my case I-70 had the chain restriction issued for west of Denver. The Wi-Fi was the star, and how I kept informed on the weather and road conditions. Along with the DirecTV that was included. The room (#112) was okay. The carpet was well worn. It had a table and two chairs for eating at, or a place to sit a laptop. The bathroom had a toilet and shower. There was a sink behind the table and chairs, along with a small fridge. Everything worked. The bed had a certain bounce to it. authors write stories about places like this. It was an okay place for me. The TV was a CRT model that filled the screen once she warmed up. The gas fired room heater kept the room warm as well. It was quiet, and I couldn't hear the traffic on Broadway when in the room. Would I stay there again? Yes. If I found myself in the same circumstances, I would.
