I stayed there thee rooms were so nice and comfortable clean and worry free .no uninvited ppl at all thanks to patrisia the manager she's well orientated on ppl skills and managing the entire building polite educated and so forth I will recomen this motel to anyone affordable prices family environment come and check it you won't b disappointed....graziaz my pekas

Quiet, clean, pet friendly motel. Come stay here for a relaxing night. Cheap prices. Can't beat that. This place has been upgraded and family oriented. 75 for single beds, 85 for double beds. 95 for 3 beds. Come check it out. Very friendly and helpful staff.

I needed a motel in a pinch, so I did not have the time to research a place to stay. That being said I was ot expecting much. I was.pleasantly surprised by how comfortable the bed was, the rooms are spacious, it has closet a kitchenette very impressed To top it all off Patricia the office manager is super helpful and she watches everyone coming and going so t ou and your belonging are super safe here. I will stay here again close to shopping downtown and restaurants.Side note the management is remodeling and doing construction right now but it is still nice here. The rooms at this time are $75.

Wonderful customer serviceI’d recommend any one go there I rested up very good. We were treated so kindly. Clean rooms all my towels were there and we had enough pillows for everyone. There were no homeless people bothering us wish we could have stayed longer

Bed bugs, filthy. had to buy my own toilet seat. i was trapped in this filthy place for a month after a robbery left me broke and this man is a Slumloard. HE WALKED IN MY ROOM UNANNOUNCED. No knock just walked IN. He has his collector sons banging on the door starting at 9 am every morning looking for rent. He never issues receipts or collects taxes and it is all off the books. I have reported him to the department. of revenue. He pays residents $4.00 yes FOUR DOLLARS PER ROOM to supposedly clean, all under the table and with no cleaning supplies. I have reported him to the department of labor for his illegal employment practices. The sink was backed up for FIVE DAYS, was never fixed, it was filthy black in the tub and sink/toilet, there was no vacuum and there were BUGS EVERYWHERE. I HAVE reported him to tri-county health who has been trying to shut him down for a couple years now. The phone number on every listing on Google is wrong. Old Sam takes advantage of the poor who are in bad situations and exploits them and threatens homelessness if he doesn't like you. THERE'S PLENTY OF ADDICTS and access to drugs. This place will be shut down soon. HE KICKED OUT THE WOMEN SAYING WE WERE EVIL. Just put us out in the streets. He hates women especially educated ones.
