This is part of the Harpeth River State Park in TN. One can do several water activities here. There is also a great hiking trail that takes one to a historical land mark which is very interesting and educational.

We canoed the HARPETH Narrows about 4 miles of river; an easy but visually gorgeous trip. We used the Tipa Cano and had great service. Go early for wildlife, lots of turtles

This is an AMAZING, and BEAUTIFUL park! Very well-maintained and family friendly with supervision. This seems to be a very popular canoeing spot, and there are a few trails that are incredible, and also educational! Definitely WILL be back, perhaps many times! There is a donation box near the information board, but otherwise is a free park to explore, and also a zip line is located right beside it!

My daughter, cousin and myself decided on Labor Day to go canoeing here. The canoe was only about $35 and a van takes you to the drop off point put your canoe in the water for you and off you go. We chose to do the 5 Mile paddle and I'm so glad we did it was a great day lot of people even dogs with life jackets Come Swimming by you. We brought a cooler so we had sandwiches as there's a few places to stop along the river to eat, it was really a lot of fun and good exercise they also have kayak rental if you prefer or you can get a map and bring your own. We also saw people with rafts all tied together just floating down the Harpeth it was just a whole lot of fun and absolutely breathtaking unspoiled Beauty of nature surrounding you

The park is spread out and mainly for kayaking or hiking. Other than that, they're is very little to do.
