We actually traveled to several woodcarvers in the area and couldn’t find anything we liked. We found Angie and Jake’s from a TripAdvisor review. Angie and Jake have some of the best carvings in the Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge area. Angie is a multimedia artist and just one of the kindest people we’ve met. Her work is realistic as well as beautiful and vivid. I am sooooooo happy with my bear. Thank you, Angie.

Beautiful detailed carvings. Jake and Angie were very personable. Jake took his time with us as my wife had the choice down to three bears. I believe it is a great place to stop and admire their work.

Beautiful artwork and a very friendly experience!! As a aspiring carver myself Angie graciously took the time to give me some very helpful tips and I am very thankful!! We bought a bear and couldn't be happier with the experience!!! We will be back!!

The best animal wood working I have ever seen. So detailed and I got the cutest little raccoon. Really made my week here special. I completely recommend this to anyone who wants good quality woodworking for a fair price!

Bears have a very meaning to my husband and me, so we decided to look for the perfect bear souvenir on our most recent trip to Gatlinburg. We passed Jake & Angie's shop while driving to The Buckhorn Inn (which we highly recommend) and decided to have a look at their art. We immediately fell in love with this little guy, whom we named Cobi Bear. ❤️ He's our first wood sculpture, and I'm pretty sure he won't be our last. When the time comes to add to our collection, we'll definitely go back to this shop!
