Great theatre, each access and comfortable seats!! Easy parking and plenty of yummy snacks!!!! We will definitely see more movies at the theater and it was nice to book our seats and reserve them online

Went to see The Boogeyman on Saturday June 17, 2023 at 7:45pm. The movie was not formatted to fill the screen correctly, the sound was bad, the theatre was dirty and the aisle lights on either side of the theatre remained on the entire time. The manager I spoke with during the movie (in efforts to rectify the lighting at the very least) informed me “that is as low as they go for safety reasons.” ABSOLUTELY FALSE. I have been to hundreds of movies at all the AMCs in the area for years as an AMC Stubs member. THAT HAS NEVER BEEN TRUE. So much for trying to watch a horror movie without the lights off. Never going back to AMC Bowles Crossing. If you can avoid it, I suggest finding any other location to see your movie in.

The bathrooms were really gross, you could smell it down the hall and the manager was extremely rude about our phones not scanning correctly. It was on an android so maybe that's why? The rest of the staff seemed very nice though

The staff checked for the critter but it was gone by then. I hope they improve on extermination. Another reason why I don't eat food at the theatre. Our seats and food costs were refunded.

I enjoyed the afternoon showing of 1917. The theaters and restrooms are clean and the staff is friendly.
