Hyatt House Denver Tech Center is a wonderful hotel that is always comfortable and clean and has friendly staff and a great breakfast. They have nice wheelchair-accessible rooms with lowered beds and roll-in showers which are hard to find when you have medical appointments . It’s our favorite place to stay in the Denver area!

The size and space of the rooms just can't be beat. Separate bedroom, nice sized bathroom (with shower and toilet in it's own space so you can shut the door and another person could use the sink to brush teeth, etc.) I didn't use the kitchen much but it was well stocked and was relatively updated and clean. I would have had no problems using the pots and pans, dishes and stove. Next time I might just walk to Target next door and get some groceries for the week. By the way, there are a ton of places to eat nearby. Safe to walk, well lit, but away from the highway so it's quiet at night to sleep. My wife stays here too while she's in town on business - turned me on to it - and I'll be back.

The smell in the hallways for the days we were there was awful. It smelled like a stale smoking bar all the time. Every time we walked out of our hotel room we were smacked in the face with a horrendous smell. The entrance door which we parked outside of was always littered with trash debris and cigarettes. It smelled horrible. However inside the rooms they were clean.

The location was nice and easy to get to. The rooms were spacious and clean. The value was ok for a 3 star hotel. Disappointed with paying a per night parking fee for that area which had plenty of parking. Would have liked the option for early check-in as it was only an hour before 3pm, and other guests were accommodated with that option before me. Overall, it is a good value, and the hotel was nice.

My family stayed in this hotel recently. This hotel was a major disappointment. The room was significantly smaller than what was advertised online, which felt misleading from the start. Even worse, the room was infested with moths. At one point, one of the toddlers almost tried to pick up and eat a moth, creating an obvious safety and hygiene concern.Housekeeping was also unacceptable. Our room was not cleaned during the day, and even after we returned and repeatedly requested service, it took a very long time for someone to come. Fresh towels were not provided, leaving our family in an extremely inconvenient situation. This is simply not acceptable, especially when traveling with two children under the age of three. The breakfast was equally disappointing, with poor quality and very limited options that did not meet even basic expectations.Overall, the hotel failed to deliver what it promised. Misleading room descriptions, poor cleanliness, delayed housekeeping, missing towels, and an unsatisfactory breakfast made for a very unpleasant stay. I would not recommend this hotel, particularly to families with young children.
