Overall, this was a disappointing experience. There were menu items at the restaurant that they didn't actually have but didn't tell me until after the food was delivered. My BBQ sauce wasn't brought out and I was given fries instead of the Caesar salad I ordered. I think everyone else's meals were ok. We stayed and played games but almost everything we wanted to do was broken and out of order. My daughter wanted photos in the photo booth. Both were broken. My sons wanted to play House of Dead. It was broken. Our family wanted to play mini bowling and this is the only reason we came to this venue. I called ahead and they said it was working. When we got there, all 6 lanes were out of order. We felt completely duped. The manager did her best to try to help us and make it right. It seemed she was doing the best she could with not a whole lot of support from owners. Pretty unfortunate as this place has potential to be really cool.

Needed to kill 4 hours before our plane departed, so we purchased the 2 hour play cards for $23 each. What a deal! No tickets, which bummed out my 9 yr old, but once he realized how much he could do and how many games he could play, unlimited, he loved it! All 5 of the adults with us loved it and had a great time! And to be able to bring your beer around the game area is a plus! Better than Dave and Buster's, hands down. So much more affordable, clean, very friendly staff. And an awesome bartender who remembered our order every time. Great place, highly recommend!!!

Bought the $100 card for best value. I think it’s typical cost for these type of places On a rainy day I brought 2 young kids who shared the card. They did have a lot of fun. I noticed a few things out fo service. Restroom were adequate. There is some food available.

This is a great fun family place that is like a Chuck E. Cheese on steroids. More mix of kids and older kids style games. You play from a timed play card or you can buy a card with points, which will earn reward coupons to cash in for prizes. They offer a nice selection of arcade games and some fun style throwing games. Bubble hockey, air hockey, even a small mini bowling alley. We have a teen, pre teen, and three year old and they all love it. The restaurant side looks really nice with an awesome bar. Games are always on multiple TVs. Bar tenders are very friendly and they offer a full service if you want a drink. Certain times the bar offers a two for one on drinks. Nice treat for mom and dad while the kids play. Now the negative. To be honest we only ate at restaurant one time. The service was absolutely terrible. Answered questions with questions. They knew nothing about what food they served. They were beyond slow. It was down right an annoying experience. It’s too bad because it’s a nice setup. Maybe we just had a bad server that day, but we normally eat before we go now or after. We skip the food part. Overall you are generally there for the arcade, and that is always a fun time. We have been well over ten times to the arcade part and still return. Hopefully they can work out the restaurant issues and this could be a solid all around place.

I’ve been in the restaurant history for almost 20 years and this is the saddest disgrace of an establishment I have encountered. Staying clear we sat there for 45 minutes after ordering and watched no food leave the kitchen to other tables walked out while we waited. Major lack of management presents. After our 45 minute wait we asked to pay our checks so we could leave it took another 15 minutes and no manager was going to come to the table. Looking forward to Dave and busters 2019. Because this place is busted
