A nice place to get out and be one with nature. If you don't want to walk around your neighborhood, this is a fantastic, short, easy hike to do. You have multiple places to stop, relax, take a break and enjoy some snacks. Bring water, as it getting hotter and muggier outside. Also bring your bug spray or other form of bug repellant before you hike. So close by to us, we'll be coming back often.

There is a small river where the boys could paddle in that hot day. We also went to the train for a ride that we all enjoyed. We walked for miles to see all the nature park had to offer and both boys required a nap to regenerate...as did we!

Crescent band is the perfect place to take a quiet walk in the morning. It has plenty of nice trails and scenery. We regularly go there to walk our puppy.

We enjoyed our walk. We did encounter a rattlesnake on the trail, so just be cautious. The walking trails are well kept. There are shaded picnic areas and birds to watch.
