Roger Maris was a local hero who had scored a record 61 home runs in one season. With his permission, the Roger Maris Museum was set up to showcase his life and times. The exhibits include his bats and home run balls and a replica of his locker which he used in 1961. Visitors can enjoy and relive the historic match of 1961 in the small theater here. It is a baseball haven for all baseball fans.

Reviews
tripadvisorNot huge and part of a mall, but if a baseball/Yankee fan it was very good at covering his life from Fargo to Yankees to Cardinals (his last team). Worth every minute, 30 minutes will do.
MoreNice little museum in the mall - it features several display cases and a little room. It's a nice tribute to a great ballplayer. His grave is near the airport.
MoreThe movie was a great way to let everyone know about Roger Maris the man and all the characteristics of his life. The display was not really museum style but set up in a few storefront windows in a shopping mall. There was a ton of things on display.
MoreI didn't know anything about Roger Maris and his accomplishments but I do now as a result of visiting this museum. A very nice tribute to a great athlete.
MoreStopped in the mall to look at this museum it was located inside the mall by Best Buy - it was not really a museum it was really a bunch of windows with the items on display
