My specialization is working with the teen and pre-teen populations. I have worked with many at-risk youth and their families, as well as having experience with adult, couples, group and child treatment. I am uniquely trained as a Three Principles facilitator. This allows me to share a practical understanding of how we create and maintain our experiences. My work is empowering, with a focus on mental health, personal resilience, and innate wisdom.
