TV had instructions to stream an app from phone to TV...I worked on it for over an hour..didn't work. A woman came to room to try and she worked on it for over an hour following instructions exactly...still didn't work. For over 2 hrs, a total of 5 people tried streaming Netflix off phone to TV...never worked. Breakfast was marginal at best..bagels very stale and hard..couldn't cut through the bagel it was so hard and stale. The granola wasn't granola at all, it was broken up pieces of a granola candy bar.

the conditions in room 614 were absolutely horrid. The smell was of sewage. It’s a good hotel just average, but given that I cannot recommend staying at this hotel

Housekeeping was not often enough. Every 3 days is not sufficient if you aren’t going to leave enough towels. Shower was dirty and door track looked to have mold. Breakfast was not kept up with for the number of guests who were eating. Many items that were offered, were empty for a majority of the morning during breakfast hours. We stayed 6 days and we found this every single morning. The staff did not have a sense of urgency to replenish food at all.

Just spent 3 nights at the Hyatt place Tech, Denver and it was excellent. The facility was clean, service was great, the gym was immaculate. We had dinner and our waiter Chris was amazing. Overall, it was a great experience. I definitely recommend.

Very nice place. Kinda hidden, but actually very close to the highway and a lot of restaurant. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Especially Maria. And Caroline too. They are both at the front desk. Made us feel welcome.
