tripadvisorHassan was great! He took care of our large group for a work event and made sure everyone was well taken care of. He was friendly, attentive, and handled our group with ease. The drinks were great, and the service made the experience even better. Definitely appreciated his hospitality!
MoreNo public parking. Valet parking is $70 a night and it’s the worst Valet service on the planet! Took them 1 hour 45 minutes to get my car!!! Then as way of compensation offered me a free night of parking only for that to then appear on my bill at checkout. Manager emails me to thank me for pointing out how poor the service was with zero incentive to compensate me for loss of time and money which their team cost me. AVOID!!!
MoreI came to stay here for a concert and everyone has been so helpful from the valet, check in, and breakfast. I had breakfast at the 1600 restaurant and Mrs. Cynthia not only gave me amazing service, but she handled every customer with care. Her and her management even did a kind gesture for me not even knowing today is an emotional day for me to begin with. You never know what people are going through despite the smiles we give and Mrs. Cynthia's act of kindness puts the exceptional service she already gives top tier! I will definitely be back.
MoreWe spent three nights for my granddaughters wedding. I have been a Hilton honors member for 40 years. Many as a diamond member when working. This stay was unique in several ways. We all experienced personal treatment which is unheard of in a big convention style hotel. But I have to call out the security staff with Ivan, jimmy and Darin. My husband is 81 and blind with cognitive issues. He woke up to go to the bathroom and didn't quite make it, so he took off his wet pajamas bottoms and opened the door thinking he was going to the bathroom and ended up in the hallway with only an undershirt. Being blind he was lost. Security was called and they got him a towel wrap and he told them my name and they called me on the go house phone. When I awoke to the call and saw my husband missing I was terrified, and ran to the hallway to find him with these security angels. They were kind to him and so kind to me. They understood and helped me. I felt so secure and embraced. Hours later I saw Ivan downstairs near breakfast and he ask me if we were ok. I told him thanks to him we are ok and we are sorry for the incident. He said when you come here you are part of our family and we will always take care of you the way we would take care of our own family that is sooo wonderful and I will return to Houston and I will NEVER stay anyplace the Hilton Americas because it is not just a business. It is our family and I thank you.
MoreAmazing breakfast- both food and service. The choice of food is great, and unlike anything I have seen in other hotels in the area. The managers Miguel and Justin, and the waiters really care and provide excellent service!
