Loved walking the downtown and visiting the shops. The restaurants are great and if you have the chance, enjoy breakfast at Biscuit Love!

Ride Simply is my go to ride service when I want to go anywhere in the Nashville or the surrounding area and don't want to drive myself. Virginia (the company owner) and her drivers are awesome and always give you 150% or more to get you to where you are going, and even under what could be adverse weather conditions (thanks Sam). I am new to this area, and while I can certainly use my car and GPS to get me where I want to go, I don't know the best and safest areas to park and walk to get where I am going. I know Ride Simply will get me there and back safe and sound. As a single woman I really appreciate that. I have not checked out any other options for rides and don't feel I need or want to.

I needed a ride to a county town an hour outside of Nashville. The town is remote and none of the other car companies in the surrounding Nashville area service it, including Uber or Lyft. I was about to cancel my trip when I found Ride Simply. Virginia and I chatted like old pals within minutes of our phone interaction. Her communication through the whole process was great. My driver went above and beyond. I really cannot say enough good things about Ride Simply. I will be back in the area later this year and will be utilizing the service again. Thank you Virginia and Gail!

Virginia Walker and her team pride themselves on customer service. They allowed for flexible time-frames when necessary. They always met our agreed upon time and wanted to know if there was anything they could do for me between trips. And they were very pleasant to chat with about most any topic. I highly recommend their service.

Driver arrived on time even tho it was quite early in the morning. Very pleasant driver and clean car.
