Nice folks, prompt service. They handled my car with great care, gave me a ride to the shop and made sure the folks at the garage knew all about my car to ensure it got logged in the right way....

A human actually answered their phone and was very polite. Said it would take about 30 minutes to get there and the driver arrived about 25 minutes later. My son's truck had a blown water pump...

Called Lex Tow to get a dead car towed to a shop, was told it would be 45 minutes while they were finishing another call. We waited 3 hours on them without ever hearing back and their voicemail...

These people were so nice to me and my family...they got my car and my family off the side of the road...they were fast, friendly, and affordable...i would recommend them to any of my friends or family
