Best bachelorette party event ever!!! We had so much fun pretending to be the Easter bunny and the tooth fairy, trying to solve the mystery of who killed santa!!!

Please beware of this venue if you are using Groupon. We did not actually attend the event as you needed to pre-register which Groupon failed to make us aware of. While this is not the venues fault, their site to pre-register is not user friendly and has no visible space for entering a Groupon voucher in advance as required. Their main web area (once you find it) states NO GROUPON VOUCHERS accepted at door. Groupon states, just show your voucher. All in all, shame on both Mysteria Lane and Groupon. :( :( VERY disappointing!

BEWARE of Purchasing Mayhem Mystery Experience Purchased: April 17, 2018 Total Price: $58.00 When attempting to make reservations on website we were unsuccessful. It was very evident that the site was useless to achieve reservations. Tried to call the company’s telephone number and was unable to talk to anyone, received automation stating “mailbox full”. Sent e-mail to company with no return reply. When bringing up YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook and Google on their website, all sites refer to “WIX.COM” “A web development platform that lets anyone create a beautiful website using simple drag & drop tool – for free!.” NOT “Mayhem Mystery Theatre Company.” We have traveled from Pensacola, Fl. to Orlando, Fl., visited the Address Site in person at: I-Drive Grand Resort & Suites (NO Ballroom). Employees there have never heard of “Mayhem Mystery Theatre Company”. The address: 7056 South Kirkman Road Orlando, Fl. 32819 is actually a business “Espeto Steakhouse”, employees there have never heard of “Mayhem Mystery Theatre Company” either and are going to report it for using their address. We visited: Dixie Belle’s Café 7125 South Orange Avenue Orlando, Fl. 32809 and it does exist, however they are a Small Restaurant Business of breakfast & lunch ONLY. ** Note: It appears & evident that “Mayhem Mystery Theatre Company” is a SCAM and does not exist. Groupon Support supports this SCAM. Support tells us the addresses are correct & that we did not make reservations within the stated 24 hours which are false statements.

The food was buffet style. Don't know where it came from, wish I did, so I would know where not to go. I am diabetic and when I was asked what I would like to drink I said what ever you have that is diet. I was told there wasn't anything diet. Are they kidding me? Most people at this show were older so I would expect there were others in the same boat. The show was awful. In fact two of the guests at our table left before the show was over. We were not instructed as to how to play the game. There was a prize for the table with the most money earned. We started with $210 in play money but was not told how to earn more. There were very poorly written instructions. The whole night was a bust and I strongly recommend you not waste your time and money on this one.

We booked a night with them on Groupon. The night of the performance we punched the address into GPS and started off. We were early, but when we got to the address THERE WAS NO VENUE!!! - just a vacant lot!!! We called the phone number and they fairly blamed us for not reading the email that the venue had changed (1. THERE WAS NO VENUE AT THE ADDRESS WE WERE GIVEN and 2. We had seen no ehmail!) They kept us waiting, not telling us the address of the new venue until they could check if we had been sent an email! They even put us on hold at one point! When they came back on the line they finally gave us the address, and this time the name of the hotel where it was being held - it was over 20 minutes away! We were able to get to the venue before they started, as they were holding the show due to the change. The dinner was okay at best - not the classy meal I had envisioned going to a dinner theater. They served salad, fried chicken, pork and gravy, fish nuggets, mashed potatoes, macaroni and cheese and cooked vegetables that did not look too appealing. The theater program was okay at best. They did not explain the rules at all well, although it was very evident that there were several of us that were new to mystery dinner theater. Our table gave away clues without asking for any money for them and then when we were asked to charge our subject we had no clue as to what to do. It was a very unpleasant evening. I was looking forward to it all week, and then when it all unfolded, it made it even worse. I will not be going to another one of their performances. To say it was not well put together would be an understatement. Don't try this one out, guys! Not worth it at all
