Their warranty program is awful. Their customer service is awful. It's been 3 months and my treadmill is still not fixed.

Got an iFIT treadmill. Says 50 ONBOARD WORKOUTS. more like 10. And I have to log in every time to turn it on. The TAP TO START feature is a bust.

I like the app but trying to reach their customer service is impossible. I accidentally purchase the wrong membership and tried calling them to resolve the issue and was on hold for over 1hour...
