KAOS has many well diverse trainers which allows us to specialize in many different areas. We have classes and personal training sessions available for the beginner to the advanced client. Our workouts will help one to gain strength/muscle while also losing bodyfat. We have classes for kids beginning at the age of 5 and continuing on through High School Athletics.
