Like other reviews, mine is not something out of the ordinary. Customer Service or lack there of from Barbra, seems like a on-going issue. Here is my personal experience. This was my first time ordering from Zotter Chocolate and it will be my last. I just got off the phone with Barbara at Zotter Chocolate and informed her that the chocolate I ordered had melted as it was shipped without ice. She told me that we have a cold front here in Florida and chocolate melts at 86 degrees. I told her that it's 72 outside, the chocolate was sitting in my metal mailbox in the sun and it is melted. She kept interrupting and arguing with me despite me stating several times that I did not want a refund nor a replacement (I simply put it in the refrigerator) and that I was just calling as a courtesy to inform her that this might be an issue they would like to address for future orders. I reiterated that I was calling out of courtesy and didn't want anything. I asked her to stop being so defensive and told her I did not wish to argue with her. She told me to stop yelling at her, which of course I was not. What she didn't like was that I would not let her interrupt and speak over me. She hung up on me. All this over chocolate! I order chocolates for my wife and clients throughout the year, from chocolatiers all over the world. I thought I would try something new. Terrible first experience, unnecessary impression to give a new customer and completely unprofessional. I will be posting my experience everywhere I can and will most certainly not allow my company to do business with Zotter. So much for supporting local businesses.

Terrible customer service. Absolutely the worst. I never got my product and they refused to refund my money. Horrible experience.

Amazing chocolate but this is no longer a tour or a storefront. You must order your chocolates online and pick them up there but it is great chocolate

This is undeniably the best chocolate! So many original flavors and a little is just enough! Amazingly helpful staff person.You will not be disappointed

This is the best and most original chocolate in the world. Also it is handmade, fair trade etc. so it not only tastes good but is also produced in a sustainable way.
