Reviews
tripadvisorBooking wasn’t asked for the least. Guest Friendly hotel I’ve ever stayed in and no on cares. The people that work there are in the wrong industry. Not for me
MoreVery attentive staff. Room layout made sense for a change! Excellent signage provided for our event. 10 out of 10, no notes.
MoreGreat experience Nicole took great care of us. Great energy. Big smiles.
MoreWe had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The atmosphere was relaxing, the room was comfortable and clean, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Everything made our stay feel special
MoreThe Paséa Hotel is in a fantastic location, within walking distance of numerous shops and restaurants, which we really appreciated. The beds were extremely comfortable, the bathroom amenities were lovely, and the fitness center was a nice bonus. However, there were a few disappointments. Traveling from the East Coast, I found the restaurant and room service hours surprisingly limited. Even when I arrived on a Saturday evening, all the hotel's dining options were closed, leaving nowhere on the property to get something to eat.Future guests should also be aware that the pool area appears to host private events on weekends. After a busy week of business meetings, we were looking forward to relaxing by the pool. Unfortunately, DJs, loud music, and large crowds of people who did not appear to be hotel guests made that difficult and significantly detracted from our experience. One other small inconvenience was the lack of a microwave in the room. While coffee and water were provided, having a microwave would have been appreciated. On a very positive note, a special shout-out to Kyra at the pool! Despite the noise and crowds, she provided exceptional service and took wonderful care of us.Overall, the property has a lot going for it, particularly its location, comfortable accommodations, and attentive staff. However, the limited dining hours and weekend pool atmosphere are worth considering, especially if you're looking for a relaxing hotel experience.
