Reviews
tripadvisorDefinitely not for light sleepers. The air conditioning units located in the corner of the room are very loud - a friend compared the sound to a “rocket engine”. And although you can control your rooms ac, Tonia’s from the neighbouring room (if occupied & on) produces a loud hum and head board vibration.I tried to manage this by sleeping with noise cancelling headphones (very uncomfortable) and resorted to moving the mattress off the base to a quieter space in the room.
MoreWhoever hired Courtney as a manager, has probably just as many screws missing as she does. Her lack of inability to do a simple thing such as checking someone in is wild. The parking attendant had more sense than she did. Stay away from this dump!
MoreSignificant lack of hospitality and pleasant folks at this hotel
MoreThe staff at this hotel is incredibly friendly and the rooms are very clean . It is located right in the center of downtown Denver.
MoreA friend and I stayed for one night over the weekend. Our first room had both end table lamps broken and asked for another room when we found that the carpet was soaked from the refrigerator. The second room only had one broken lamp, broken bathroom door, and the shower was either freezing or scolding. When opening the cabinet door to access the mini fridge the door was barely holding on with just one hinge, the bottom being completely broken off. The mattress was so thin and lumpy i had bed springs poking me in my ribs all night. There were 2 of each type of towels and no floor mat, having to use one of the hand towels for the floor. Was not what I was expecting for a $300+ room. The on-site restaurant was a joke. Its out in the open positioned between stairs, an escalator, and bathroom/ janitorial area. We ordered 2 cocktails, neither of which we could drink. Both tasting like pure gasoline and costing $19 each.
