We chose this hotel because it was close to family who live in Denver. We were assured that they had RV parking. When we got there, we were told to park on the street. When I asked how safe it was, the front desk person just shrugged his shoulders. I explained that we had just had our RV stolen and ransacked and were concerned, and that we would not have chosen this hotel, had they told us the parking situation up front. He offered us a free breakfast and refused any more discussion. We flagged down a technician who worked at the hotel and asked him about the street parking. He said it was safe and it was under security cameras and patrol. The front desk person could have told us that but chose to behave like a jerk.

Was pleasantly surprised with how good this hotel was. Check in was easy with a cookie, room has a great view and very comfy bed. Pool and hot tub were great, and breakfast was delicious, and service from James was phenomenal. Would definitely stay here again!

Jason was so welcoming and he provided exceptional service. He went above and beyond to make my stay great and enjoyable. I really appreciated all of his help. The rooms are always nice and clean, but the front desk staff make this place stand out.
