I stayed for 5 days, my complaint is that they don’t clean the rooms, they don’t provide fresh towels, they are a bit rude and not helpful.

Please avoid this hotel. I lodged in by 6 am in the morning 7/18/2026 and left some hours later 7/18/2026. The guy in reception told me I will be charged $55. I later checked my bank, they charged $118.50 and another $55. Please run !!!. This is not a business. It is a fraud house presented as hotel to the Public. I called them to complain, they were rambling and shifting blame on someone that lodged me in.

I don’t expect 5 star , not do i need in Midland , but it’s a super competitive place and standards , simple ones should be metUpon arrival , waited 20 min for someone to come it the desk ( 7pm) , elevator is out ( for the week ) , that’s ok i don’t mind steps ) . The hotel is 8 feet from the I20 ( so expect to share your bed with a Frac Unit Hauler ) , very dirty rooms , breakfast is not what you see on the web site - the what is there is always enough for 1 person only , then you have to holler for refilling the trough . Coffee machine broken ( for a month ) However staff are great so corprate help them out !

First: I made the reservation two months in advance knowing how busy the Midland area is these days. I never received an email confirmation of the reservation, so three weeks later I called again to confirm the reservation. I was told that the reservation was confirmed and that I would receive an email confirming the reservation…I never received an email. Second: Upon my arrival I was informed that I was a day late, and I was being charged for the previous day. I know this not to be true since I had my work scheduled on my phone and it showed that I was indeed working until 4am on the afternoon I did arrive (8 hour drive from Houston). Those funds were returned to my account six days later.Third: I retired to the room where I was greeted by the most godd awful body order smell. Exhausted from the drive and having pulled a twelve hour tower before leaving Houston, sleep overruled my discuss. I was awoken a few times in the next few hours by live creatures walking on me. It was only later I found out that they were indeed cockroaches (the pictures I have of the unpaid guests will be posted once given the opportunity).Fourth: I did not mention my utter disgust with the room condition for two reasons, rooms in the Midland area are at a premium these days (hence the two months advance on the reservation), and I awoke to find that I was additionally charged for four additional nights stay. My concern was to do whatever I needed to correct this bookkeeping error, and putting anyone on the defensive could hinder this process.Fifth: After my return to Houston the next day I saw that two more additional days were charged to my account. After securing the name and number of a member of your management team (Cody), we discuss the errors in bookkeeping. He assured me that these would be taken care of, and as of today they have. I did not convey my discuss with the facility since it would have confused the current situation.
