I am a DONA Trained Birth Doula with a deep passion for all things pregnancy, birth, and parenting. I became inspired to seek my formal Doula certification after giving birth to my daughter at home. While some aspects of the labor were difficult and unanticipated, kind and determined support saw me through and resulted in a successful, wonderful birth. I am dedicated to helping women have a transformative, empowering, uplifting birth, regardless of the specific preferences of the mother or what willfully will be. My goals are to get to know you and use my experience to help you define your birth priorities, support you and your partner during the labor and birth,and get you off to a good start with breastfeeding and caring for your newborn.I do this by encouraging and nurturing you with lots of sincere compassion, acceptance, and love.
