This was one of the biggest wastes of money in my whole life. I paid more than 150 $ for sharing what looks like a 12 Meade LX telescope. A used one like that costs approx 2,000 $, meaning that 2 groups of six people fully re-pay the telescope. This is crazy, but if the experience was even close to what 90% of the reviews say, that would still be acceptable. Unfortunately, there are only 2 explanations for the above said reviews: 1) they make on their own, or 2) the reviewers never even looked in a telescope in their whole lives. Since I used to be an amateur astronomer, I can 100% ensure you that there is at least an issue with this: watching different objects require different eyepieces. Since it would be complicated to switch in the dark, and it would require more time and costs, my conclusion is that they just decided to keep one and only eyepiece. As a result, Jupiter itself, which should be clearly visible, looks more like a little star. You can see the pictures in my review, showing how a telescoper like the ones they use shows Jupiter, and how you will see it thank to the wrong eyepiece, which is exactly the same as using a 70mm, 50 $ telescope sold at Walmart. The funny thing is that, at least, one could expect to clearly see deep space objects, such as nebulas and galaxies: they are even worse than planets. The guy (you'll never see in face) just keeps talking about elementary astronomy facts, while most of the people seem even impressed. This confirms that the only genuine positive reviews are due to people's ignorance. In conclusion, you will spend one hour freezing, while this faceless guy keeps talking just to waste your time, since there is nothing to be really viewed. You have 6 people sharing a telescope, and most of them just spend 5-20 seconds on it: that is all you need to realize that every single item shown is just a trick. You will see nothing, but stars. Just to make it even worse, they offer you binoculars too. Don't ask me what one is supposed to see with a binocular, Moon apart! This was one of the biggest scams in my life, and I am also getting flu, thanks to this waste of time & money.Anyway, since the faceless guy told us to file a review, so that his boss (who probably does not even exist) can see how good they are, there it is! Thanks for this scam, waste of time and money and total illusion.

Check off an important item on my bucket list. Everything was done thoroughly and professionally. We had excellent equipment and our comfort was primary. We were out in an open field on a cold cloudless night. There were millions of stars and a bright Crescent moon. We had comfortable chairs blankets and a super knowledgeable team to guide us. The use of the laser pointers astounded me. People even brought their own binoculars but for those of us who didn't have them there was enough time using the telescopes to really see the heavenly bodies. I highly recommend this group if you're going stargazing.

My husband and I had an incredible experience with Christopher and were impressed with his expertise and sense of humor. The equipment is state-of-the-art and provided us with the best view we ever had seen of binary stars, star clusters, Saturn and Jupiter. We highly recommend this tour for anyone visiting Sedona.

It would have been 5/5 except we didn’t have a dark sky due to the moon- no fault of our tour! Our guides were knowledgeable and had amazing telescopes to aid us in seeing Saturn, Jupiter (with their moons), the andromeda galaxy and many constellations. I’m sure we would have seen much more if it would have been a dark sky. The guides were friendly and open to questions. It was a great experience.
