I’ll start by saying the staff was very nice and accommodating. Unfortunately, the hotel itself was run down and did not feel clean.At around 2 a.m., I was woken up by a noise in my room and saw a mouse climbing up the curtains next to my bed. I immediately called the front desk, and they moved me to another room. When I got into the second room, I found crumbs in the bed.While I appreciate how quickly the staff moved me, I was extremely disappointed with the cleanliness of both rooms. I also was not offered any compensation or refund after finding a mouse in my room and then being moved to a room with crumbs in the bed.Based on my experience, I would not stay at this property again.

Property looks terrible. As a loyal marriott guy, i was trying to use my points. The lobby was as underwhelming as the exterior and we chose to not check in. I always expect a baseline from a marriott property and this one really lowered the bar and has me questioning my loyalty to the Marriott brand.

Good location, clean, older furnishings that are useable but somewhat worn.Better breakfast than most Hampton Inns I stayed at, comfortable bed and friendly staff. Yes, I would recommend this hotel as the breakfast is great and the bed is comfortable. What more can you ask for ?

This hotel is in desperate need of a remodel. Both my room and my colleague’s room had broken dresser drawers. We requested repairs but they were never repaired. The carpets in the public areas are threadbare. The breakfast room was well kept up but the breakfast was barely adequate. The rooms were clean but shabby and out of date. The hotel is opposite the hospital so the street side is noisy and it is a long walk to the downtown attractions. The front desk staff is courteous and pleasant.

Disappointing!Old furniture, old carpets, close to the highway, noisy room.Nice breakfast room, poor breakfast choices, just run out of eggs...so what is for breakfast?
