Boy oh boy, this place sure loves to screw ppl over, NO REFUNDS!! The regional manager love to kick people out and pinpoint certain people for smoking marijuana when it's legal in the state of Co, won't accept somebody's payment for the remaining balance for rent but take 3 payments all week three times, and then wants to single me and my husband out on a room inspection and no one else got a room inspection, Wow!!! Bathroom ceiling about to fall down black mold all in the bathroom, Each one of the rooms here has had either someone get shot in it or OD in the room and that is sweep it under the rug and don't say anything. Then our previous manager was breaking into rooms and stealing things from people but yet the owner says he's not responsible for his employees....

Same as other reviews, No toilet paper, towels, soap. Smoke alarm hanging from ceiling, duct tape holding up bathroom fan, duct tape holding drywall from falling above bathtub,door jamb broke no striker plate (not safe!). After turning on heater it smelled like it was going to catch fire, so I turned it off, bummer because its winter and the room was cold. The light, (1-bulb) in the bathroom was multi colored (orange blue and red), and the other end of the receptacle was what was once a light bulb (glass bulb gone) the filament remaining /exposed live wires above the bathroom sink. Will someone die of Fire, Electrocution, Mold, or break in’s before the health department or fire department condemns this rat hole?????? The management was rude at best, would not issue a refund, would not listen, turned and just walked away. Obviously this must happen on a daily basis judging by their behavior. I will be disputing the charges with my cc company and reporting to BBB and all associated agencies.

The worst experience EVER! I was traveling and I just want to rest to keep my trip going, I stop at this hotel next to Hwy 36, I pay $60 for an horrible time, the heater was generating smoke that the alarm went on, so no heater, no remote and only 8 cable channels, bad smell, mold in the bath tub, and bed bugs in the bed, so bad that it was a blood stains in both beds!! When I ask for a refund they only give me $5 dollars for the freaking key deposit!!! Awful! If you don't have any option but this hotel.... Sleep in your car!!!!!
